Bryan S. Kinkaid - Asset Manager & Senior Leasing Representative

 

Bryan brings 10 plus years of commercial real estate experience to Greenwood Village Square.

 

Prior to Greenwood Village Square, Bryan worked as an associate for one of Denver’s top firms where he focused on leasing a portfolio of almost half a million square feet of real estate as well as representing various corporate, regional and local tenants throughout the Colorado Market. Bryan focuses primarily on leasing shopping centers, office space, and representing retail tenants.

 

Bryan is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and likes soccer, the Denver Broncos, and to spend time in the mountains with his family.
